Working together to end world hunger.

Kids Fighting Hunger engages the community of Central Minnesota to provide temporary hunger relief or help where it is needed. Kids Fighting Hunger is a volunteer-driven effort to package and distribute humanitarian relief in communities worldwide where there is immediate need. They believe that every person can make a difference in the fight against national and global hunger. Knowing that everyone can impact, the Kids Fighting Hunger program has been created to give people an opportunity to have a hands-on part in food distribution. To this end, Kids Fighting Hunger harnesses volunteer groups - such as school, church, civic and scouting troops - to package the food and prepare it for distribution to areas of the world where crisis has struck and food is needed immediately.

Kids Fighting Hunger began March 1st, 2003 as Kids Against Hunger of Central Minnesota.Their revolutionary foood package has been developed by some of the world’s leading food scientist at Cargill, Pillsbury, General Mills and ADM. One package provides six nutritionally-complete servings for only 17¢ per serving. Find out more at
