Row 2: dc in next 6 dc, 3 dc in next dc, dc in next 9 dc, 3 dc in next dc, dc in next 11 dc, 3 dc in next dc, dc in next 9 dc, 3 dc in next dc, dc to end putting 2 dc in last stitch. (You should put a pin or piece of string here to remind you which side to increase on for the cross over) ch 3, turn.
Row 3: dc in ch 3 space, dc in next 8 dc, 3 dc in next dc, dc in next 11 dc, 3 dc in next dc, dc in next 13 dc, 3 dc in next dc, dc in next 11 dc, 3 dc in next dc, dc to end, ch 3 turn.
Row 4: You should have four 3 dc corner shells. In this next row you will dc to the first shell and attach to the center of the next shell with a sc, dc to the next shell and attach to the last shell with sc. You should now have two sleeve holes. 2 dc in last stitch, ch 3, turn.
Row 5: dc in the bottom of ch 3 space, dc across, ch 3, turn.
Row 6: dc across, 2 dc in last stitch, ch 3, turn.
Row 7: dc in ch 3 space, dc across, ch 3, turn.

Finishing: Sew on button on the right panel to be the connection for the cross over piece and the diaper cover. Sew the other button on the front of the left cross over piece.
