• 2 cups diced Great Harvest cinnamon chip bread
• 1/4 cup half & half
• 1/8 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray baking dish with pan spray.

In a small bowl, beat the egg and add remaining ingredients.

Pour over diced bread cubes.

Cover and bake for 50 minutes.

Remove foil and make sure all liquid is gone and pudding is solid to the touch.

Drizzle with frosting.
